We’re happy to announce the latest additions to the Reddico team, with two new faces joining our ever-growing group this quarter.

Jon and Ainsley come to us with a wealth of experience under their belts. They’ve already had a huge impact on the office, and we can’t wait to see what’s still left to come from them.

Jon Daulby, Creative Designer

Jon has been working in design for the best part of a decade, kicking off his career with commercial designing enterprise Skew Studio. This first step would set Jon on a career path which saw him work with Watford Girls Grammar School (as a web technician) and The Light Corporation (in the guise of a marketing media developer) before joining Reddico in October of 2018.

Jon’s quickly fit in with the team, becoming a familiar friendly face in the space of just a few months. In that time, he’s produced some of the best-looking resource designs to ever come out of Reddico, as well as sketching up a brilliant poster for the Christmas quiz we held in aid of Dandelion Time.

Speaking on his first few months with the team, Jon said:

“Reddico is like no company I've ever worked at before. Their progressive attitude towards staff well-being, professional development and flexible working, makes for a refreshing change to the usual expectations of the standard 9-5.

They invest thought and time into establishing a strong relationship within the team that benefits all aspects of the business.”

We’ve all loved having him here and look forward to seeing the fabulous designs he’s going to come up with in the future.

Ainsley Clark, Junior Developer

Ainsley is the newest member of the team, but he’s quickly made himself at home. He’s fit right in with the rest of the dev and design department, helping them in their constant drive to develop new tools for the rest of Reddico to utilise.

Having spent the best part of seven-and-a-half years working as a floor manager at Francos in London, Ainsley wanted to change things up. He spent three years familiarising himself with the world of online development, and is now ready to turn his passion into a career.

He comes to us with five Training Room certificates, and is now ready to dive headfirst into a new challenge. Speaking on his first week with the team, he said:

"I've been at Reddico for only four days but I can already see it's a fantastic place to work. Everyone seems laid back, but professional in their approach. Can’t wait to grow as a developer here!"

It’s going to be great to watch Ainsley progress across the next few months.
