Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Production Team and ensure work moves through our workflow, and is delivered on time and to our usual high standard.

Salary

£25,000- £29,000 (DOE)

You will be assisting our SEO consultants in organising their client work. This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets etc. and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. You’ll need to be organised, a great communicator and happy to own a service / process. You’ll be happy to shout for the support and resources that are needed to make sure our clients are getting what they need, on time.

  • Have 1-2 years experience in a Project Coordinator/Management type role

  • Agency level experience (a bonus) 

  • Have experience working in a SEO/digital marketing environment (a bonus) 

  • Experience of Jira, Teamwork, Harvest, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours etc. 

  • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings where needed 

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Determining project changes.

  • Providing administrative support as needed.

  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

  • Developing project strategies.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

  • Coordinate and provide administration for multiple projects

  • Communicating timescales and progress to clients

  • Working with SEO consultants to help them deliver their strategies

  • Communicating with company directors, designers, developers, content writers and clients

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met

  • Use project management tools to provide the data/reports needed to support SEO consultants with their clients/workload 

  • Coordinating and providing administration for multiple projects

  • Managing your own workload in an efficient and timely manner

Key skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills, keen to adapt and learn new ones

  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

  • Multi-tasking and time management skills – highly able to manage multiple workloads and meet deadlines

  • Responsible and proactive decision maker with a positive attitude and friendly outlook

Office location

Reddico HQ is based on Moat Farm, Five Oak Green, Kent, TN12 6RR. Due to the way we work, we also have remote team members who are not based in any of our offices but work with the team through video calls and attend company events.
