Company Culture Awards 2021 - Reddico announced as Best Agency to Work For
We’re delighted to announce that Reddico has been crowned as the Best Agency to Work For (under 50 team members) at the inaugural Company Culture Awards.
In the live virtual event celebrating businesses across the UK, judges were full of praise for our “refreshing, contemporary and mature approach”, whilst commenting on our self-managed way of working.
Reddico has undergone a major cultural transformation in recent years, sparked by an initial manifesto in 2018 – and has also been named as the 5th best place to work in 2021.
This significant change was not lost on the judging panel, with Head Judge, Stephen Seymour commenting:
“Reddico has stripped back the business model and redesigned it with employees in mind. The values of trust, freedom and responsibility are spot on. The entry left us in no doubt that it’s a fantastic place to work.”
Reddico has undergone a major cultural transformation in recent years, sparked by an initial manifesto in 2018 – and subsequently named as the 4th best place to work in the UK in 2020.
This significant change was not lost on the judging panel, with Head Judge, Stephen Seymour commenting: “Reddico has stripped back the business model and redesigned it with employees in mind. The values of trust, freedom and responsibility are spot on. The entry left us in no doubt that it’s a fantastic place to work.”
Our Corporate and Social Responsibility approach was also recognised, with in-house committees focused on making an impact on both our local community and environmental projects.
The results of our cultural shift will hopefully encourage more companies up and down the UK to make changes to their business framework, with some of the standouts being:
Annual leave: Since the introduction of unlimited holiday, annual leave has increased an average of 37% in the team – which is brilliant, encouraging a better work-life balance.
Sickness: Our sickness per person has dropped to 0.46 days a year – the average in the UK is 4.1. This demonstrates the effectiveness of policies that put people first.
Team happiness: Our internal NPS (eNPS) has been at world-class for the last eight quarters. It reached a peak of 96 in Q4 2020.
Client happiness: Our client NPS has also increased from 64 (excellent) to 91 (world-class).
Team retention: 97% team retention over the last two years.
Revenue & profit: Revenue and profit increased 40% and 60% respectively following the cultural shift.
