Laura, David and Neil join Reddico
Our team has grown again, bringing us one step closer to our goal of being a fifty-strong company. Meet Laura Tyler, David Joinson, and Neil Holland.
Laura, Project Manager
As project manager, Laura is an integral part of our team – someone to keep track of all the work we have on the go and make sure our clients get everything on time. She’s stepped into this role with ease, joining us after working as an account manager at a full service web agency.
“I was ready for a new challenge,” says Laura. “I wanted to further my career and was keen to learn more about digital marketing. Reddico attracted me with its approach and the great culture. After I met the team at my culture interview, I knew it would be the right fit for me.”
And it hasn’t taken her long to settle in.
“I love my job here, it’s varied and fast-paced (I don't like to be bored!). I have already learnt so much more about this industry and also a lot about myself and how I work.

“The work life balance is brilliant for me as a working parent. I love that I can take my daughter to school and pick her up a few times a week. It's so nice to feel that you have a voice, your opinion matters and that you are trusted to do your job the way that works best for you.
“I’m looking forward to working even more on the production side of the business – I’m loving learning and finding ways to drive this department forward.”
David, Senior SEO Consultant
There’s never a quiet day within the SEO team, so we were delighted when David joined us. He’s been able to take on some of the workload – and is happy to be back in an SEO-focused role.
“Before I came to Reddico, I was working at iProspect as a Client Partner, helping large finance, retail and ecommerce clients to drive performance through SEO and PPC.

Neil, Marketing Manager
We’ve been so busy marketing our clients that we’ve neglected marketing ourselves. Enter Neil Holland.
Before joining us, Neil was at Canon Europe, leading their Paid Media for the imaging division, which markets cameras, lenses and printers. He worked on a number of exciting projects, including the activation of Canon’s sponsorship of the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

Prior to this, Neil spent eighteen years leading Brand and Advertising for Accenture, looking after Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, and also worked for Apple for a decade.
“Having worked for large corporates for most of my career, the opportunity to help a small business to grow using the full marketing mix is very appealing. The company culture is incredibly strong. And having previously endured long commutes for many years, it’s great that the offices are just fifteen minutes away from my house.”
We can’t wait to see what ideas Neil has to help us grow.
