We’re Amongst the elite of Europe’s fastest-growing companies
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe – featuring on the Financial Times’ 1000 list for the first time.
It’s the third year the FT has delivered this report, in partnership with Statista, and includes the elite growers from around the UK and Europe – including Deliveroo, Blue Motor Finance, and Perkbox.
We’re in 309th place on the list, after a revenue growth of 483% between 2014 and 2017. This is in line with our plan to reach a turnover of £5m by 2021, whilst growing to a team of 50-strong.
Of course, we owe this phenomenal growth to both our incredibly hard working team, and the amazing clients who’ve put their trust and faith in us to deliver search marketing campaigns.
Managing Director, Nick Redding, said: “I’m incredibly proud of all the team at Reddico and hard work that has resulted in us being named 309th in a list of Europe’s fastest growing companies.
“This achievement is something for everyone to celebrate as we keep going from strength to strength, in a time of such economic uncertainty.
“We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional work, with a hard focus on what will achieve the greatest ROI for our clients. We’re not box tickers, and have a real passion for what we do, day-in day-out.”
Our culture stance
For us, growth is pointless without having a happy team behind the success. That’s why we decided to completely revolutionise how we run the business day-in day-out.
We trust our team to produce top quality work, and want to give them the freedom to deliver this – without restricting them to traditional business rules.
That’s why we offer:
- Self-regulated annual leave
- Work from home whenever
- Choose your own hours
- All sick leave paid
Coupled with our acceleration in growth, we’ve continued to impress our clients despite this flexible stance with the team. Our external NPS survey has risen to the world-class category in the last three months, meaning we hit our internal targets and have a long weekend in Oslo booked for March 15-18.
As a company, we know it’s no coincidence that a happy team produce better results. That’s why we’re aiming to become the best place to work in the world, whilst ensuring the financial foundations are in place to support our growth.
